Protecting your privacy
Your privacy is important and is protected by State and Federal privacy laws.
To help resolve a matter, the TCO will almost certainly have to access details about your tolling account and other personal information that has been collected by the relevant tolling business. However, it will obtain this information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988, National Privacy Principles and relevant privacy provisions of the respective toll road legislation.
